How To Use Developer Mode On Huawei P20/P10/P9/P8/Honor 10/9/8/7/Mate 10/9/8/Y9/Y5/Y3

You’ve been having this HuaweiP20/P10/P9/P8/Honor 10/9/8/7/Mate 10/9/8/Y9/Y5/Y3 for a while now and you tested pretty much everything you had at hand – security settings, new features, special controls and so on. But what if there are still things that you haven’t explored so far? That’s right, some of the Android smartphone features are hidden from the regular users under the Developer mode.   1. Turn on the device;
  2. Go to the Home screen;
  3. Swipe the Notification shade;
  4. Tap on Settings;
  5. Select About Device;
  6. Tap on the option labeled as Build Number;
  7. Tap on it several times in a row, until you see a message;
  8. Hit the back button and return to the general Settings;
  9. Now, right under the About Device, you should be able to see a new setting that wasn’t there in the first place – the Developer mode;
  10. Tap on it and turn its switch to On, for full functionality.
