This is because when they are in the background, the battery is actually losing power and be used very fast or just being slow. The extra applications that are running in your background on your device could be social networking, daily lifestyle, or email apps that constantly check for update that makes you smartphone slow and destroys the battery life.   3. Choose the Active apps option.
