For those that own the new iPhone, you probably already know about the great new camera on the smartphone. But it has been reported by some that the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus camera not working. This problem has been suggested to happen after several hours of use, an error will occur.
Even after you reset your smartphone the failed camera problem still shows up on the iPhone. Don’t worry, below are instructions on how to fix the camera not working on iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus.

- First you should restart your iPhone 7 or iPhone 7 Plus to fix the camera failed problem. You can do this by holding the “Power” button and the “Home” button at the same. Then wait 7 seconds until your smartphone shuts off. Then turn your smartphone back on.
- Another solution would be to clear the cache partition, to fix your camera failed problem on iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus. You could do this by going to the Settings app, tapping on General and selecting Storage & iCloud Usage and tap on Manage Storage. Once that happens select an in Documents and Data. You can then move unwanted items to the left and tap Delete. After that tap on Edit > Delete All to remove all the app’s data.
Once you follow the instructions above, you should be able to fix the failed camera problem on iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus. If for some reason this problem is not fixed, it’s suggested to create an apportionment at the Apple store for them to check out the iPhone.
