How To Turn ON And OFF Autocorrect On iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro And iPhone 11 Pro Max

Autocorrect must be one of the best features ever created for any smartphone. The ability to quickly fix any spelling or grammar mistakes allows you to save time and embarrassment by sending something that is incorrect.

Not everyone is a fan of autocorrect on iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro or iPhone 11 Pro Max as sometimes it autocorrects words that don’t need to be corrected or fixed. But don’t worry there’s ways that this can be fixed by either turning on or off autocorrect, or even inserting words that the phone will know not to fix.

How to turn on and off autocorrect on iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro or iPhone 11 Pro Max:

  1. Power on your iPhone
  2. Tap on Settings.
  3. Select on General.
  4. Select or tap on “Keyboard.”
  5. Adjust the “Auto-Correction” button by tapping it to OFF.

 

In the future if you prefer to turn autocorrect back on for iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro or iPhone 11 Pro Max, just follow the steps above and change the autocorrect toggle back to on, so things become normal again.

It should be noted that if you’re using an alternative or third party keyboard that has been installed from the App Store, then this method might not work correctly for you and you might need to uninstall that keyboard for this to work properly on the iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro or iPhone 11 Pro Max.
