The internet problem – you hate it when it happens to your iPhone Xs, iPhone Xs Max or iPhone Xr, don’t you? Because, what’s an iPhone if you cannot surf the web, stay in touch with your friends on social networks, play your games or watch your favorite videos?
If you’ve been using an Apple device for some time, however, at some point, you might become a little bit more relaxed about the internet issues. It seems that the update to the latest iOS, for instance, has raised a lot of problems, aside from the one we just mentioned. Poor battery performances, random freezes and crashes, annoying app malfunctions may be experienced occasionally, individually, or as more than one problem at a time with Internet on iPhone Xs, iPhone Xs Max and iPhone Xr.
Today, however, we are going to focus on the internet problem. And, before anything else, we want you to reset the network settings and, if necessary, the Wi-Fi settings.
Internet Problem On iPhone Xs, iPhone Xs Max And iPhone Xr
- To reset the network settings in iOS, you must go to the General tab within the Settings app, use Reset, and then Reset Network Settings.
- To reset the Wi-Fi settings in iOS, you must go to the Privacy tab within the Settings app, use Location Services, and then System Services.
If you’ve tried both options but nothing changed and the iPhone Xs, iPhone Xs Max and iPhone Xr continue to have internet problems, you might also try a simple restart of the router (or modem, if that’s what you’re using). From the same category of troubleshooting the router, we suggest you to install the most recent firmware for the router.
Ultimately, it wouldn’t hurt if you could test with a different router (so you don’t have to buy a new one before you confirm that it will work). If not even this one will help you out, you will have to factory reset the device or just send it to an Apple Store for further inspection. There’s no other way you’ll fix internet problem on iPhone Xs, iPhone Xs Max and iPhone Xr if you couldn’t do it by now!
