  6. From here, you have the option to either restore from a backup or set up as new.

  1. Connect your iPhone to a computer with iTunes
  2. Wait until the syncing happens and select to make a backup
  3. Connect your iPhone 7 or iPhone 7 Plus to the computer.
  4. After backup is done, Tap on Restore [your device].
  5. When the Set Up screen shows up on your iPhone, press on Restore from iTunes backup.
