One big issue though that some are facing is that CBS All Access is not working because of the CBS service errors that show on your screen when steaming. Excessive Connected Devices

It’s very common this day and age to have many devices and connected all of them to your CBS All Access account. But it’s important to remember that you can only use 2 devices maximum to connect to your account. You can fix this CBS All Access not working by just reducing the number of connected devices to 2.

 

Slow Internet Speed

Another common issue when CBS All Access doesn’t work is when you have a slow Internet connection that is causing lagging or pauses in streaming. It should be noted that you’ll need at least a 3MBPS to stream CBS All Access, no check and make sure your Internet connection is meeting the requirements. If you have a connection above 3MBPS, then try to restart your WiFi network to see if this will fix the CBS streaming not working issue.

 

CBS All Access Not Working On ROKU

For those that are using CBS All Access on Roku, then you probably have dealt with app automatically kicking you out at random times. This is common and there’s a few ways to fix when Roku CBS All Access not working. Try these steps to see if you can fix the issue:

  1. Take off CBS All Access from your Roku by going to the channel and hold the start button and select to “Remove Channel”
  2. Restart your Roku by going to Settings, selecting on System and selecting System Restart
  3. Once your Roku has reset, go back and add the CBS All Access channel

CBS All Access Not Working On Fire Stick TV

For those having issues with CBS All Access not working on Fire Stick TV, you are probably facing the Error UVP 1011 issues. The way that you can fix this is by clearing your cache. To fix this error message Fire Stick for CBS All Access, go to Settings and select “Application” and open “Manage Installed Application” and choose CBS. Now to fix the issue, select on Clear Data.
