Not only through its great filters, but also through the level of performance that it can prove during regular use. But still, there were some users that complained about the failure of their camera.

After using the Camera app numerous times, they stumbled upon some issues that they couldn’t resolve – instead of the normal pictures they were hoping to get, they kept getting an error. Well, in case that the problems aren`t fixed by rebooting your smartphone or resetting it to the original factory settings, then follow our instructions!

How to repair the camera on an Apple iPhone or iPad in iOS 11/iOS 12:

A simple restart could fix the camera error. Turn off the device from the “Power” button for about 7 seconds, then restart it by pressing and holding the “Home” button for another 7 seconds.

The second solution to fix your camera issues on Apple iPhone or iPad in iOS 12 is to clear the cache partition. You can do that by going to “Settings”, then to “General”, and, from there, to “Storage & iCloud Usage”. The next step is to get to “Manage Storage”, followed by a finger tap on the icon “Documents and Data”. Afterward, drag the unneeded app towards the left side and delete it. Don`t forget to finalize the action, erasing the remaining application’s data, by pressing “Edit” and “Delete All”.

Should the camera of your Apple iPhone or iPad in iOS 12 remain unresponsive, we recommend you to contact the retailer and ask further assistance or, if necessary, the replacement of the device.
