  1. Turn off your OnePlus
  2. At the same time, hold the Volume, Power and Home buttons
  3. Wait until the phone vibrates and the Android logo
  4. The release the Power button while still holding onto the others once
  5. Browse to highlight Wipe Cache Partition
  6. Use the Power button to select it
  7. Then go to Yes and press the Power button to select it
  8. Now go to Reboot System Now and press Power the power button to select it
  9. The OnePlus 5 will reboot and the cache of the system will be cleared

 

Complete a hard reset

  5. Browse the Recovery Mode menu to highlight “wipe data / factory reset”

  8. Then select option “reboot system now”.

 

Remove the SIM card
