Turning your Samsung Galaxy S8 or Galaxy S8+ Plus on vibrations can be very useful. Say you’re in a meeting or a private place, where you can’t take calls, but you still want to be aware when someone is trying to reach you.
Those who are passionate about technology will probably pair their smartphones with a Samsung Galaxy Smartwatch. That way, they are able to read the silent notifications when they show up on the bracelets on their wrists. But for everyone else, turning the sound off and switching to vibrations is just as good.
In case you didn’t know, your smartphone features a couple of different types of vibration options. Whether it’s keyboard vibrations, notifications and alerts vibrations, or something else, you get to choose.
For now, we’re going to show you how to increase the level of vibrations of your smartphone:
- Go to the Settings menu;
- Tap on the Sounds & Notifications option;
- Tap on Vibrations and select Vibration intensity.
At the very last step, you should also be able to select, aside from vibration intensity, the events that you want to trigger the vibrations:
- Incoming call
- Vibration Feedback
From now on, it’s just a matter of exploring the menus, analyzing your options, and deciding what you want to try.
