But it is written somewhere inside the device, on the Samsung Galaxy A9, A8, A7, A6, A5, A4, A3 menus. Depending on your current operating system version, your actions will have to revolve around the following steps, with minor differences from one OS version to another.
How To Find My Phone Number On Galaxy A9, A8, A7, A6, A5, A4, A3:
- Open the Apps folder;
- Access the Settings;
- Go to About Device;
- Select the Status;
- Select the SIM Card Status entry;
- Look for the phone number that should be displayed in there.
Note – on some Samsung Galaxy A9, A8, A7, A6, A5, A4, A3 devices, you might get the number by looking at the entry “Voice MSISDN Line 1”!
As another side note, but even more important, you may follow precisely the steps from above and still not be able to spot the number of your smartphone’s SIM card. If all you get is the text “Unknown”, you might be looking at a particular account issue or a simple SIM card positioning problem.
