- Go to the Home Screen and open the Message+ app;
- Tap on the 3-line icon from the upper left corner to extend the hamburger menu with your messaging options;
- Select Settings from that menu;
- Scroll down until you find the entry labeled as “Enable popup over Lock Screen”;
