  2. Access the Quick Settings section;
  3. Navigate to Power Saving >> Power Saving Mode;
  4. Tap the Restrict Performance option;
  5. Tap on “Turn off touch key light” to deactivate it.

 

If that checkbox was active, it means that your touch key light wasn’t broken, just disabled, as we suspected from the very beginning. Nevertheless, in the event that you didn’t find it active, consider taking the Samsung Galaxy J7, J8, J9, J6, J5, J4, J3, J2, J1 to an authorized service for an inspection.
