If you are downloading an email attachment for the first time, make sure you have an app to open it. For example; if you are downloading a PDF file and you don’t have a PDF viewer installed on your phone you will not be able to open it. Make sure to check the format of the file and then check if your phone has the right app to open that particular file. Install 3rd party apps like 7zipper, WinRAR etc. to open the file of different formats.

  4. Tap on “Remove account”.

To add your email account again:

  1. Go to the settings.
  2. Tap on “Accounts”.
