How To Hide Photos In Samsung Galaxy S7/S7 Edge/S6/S6 Edge/S5

If you own Samsung’s new smartphone, it’s a good idea to know how to hide photos on Galaxy S7/S7 Edge/S6/S6 Edge/S5. The wonderful thing is that these smartphones come with a feature called Private Mode that allows you to hide photos without others seeing them. You can use this feature without downloading any apps from the Google Play Store. You can use and enable Private Mode on Galaxy S7/S7 Edge/S6/S6 Edge/S5 a few different ways, that’ll allow you to hide photos and videos.

The great thing about Private Mode is that it uses a unlock patter or a password lock to get access to things in Private Mode. This means you can set up Private Mode on Galaxy S7/S7 Edge/S6/S6 Edge/S5 to hide photos.

 

How to enable Private Mode on Galaxy S7/S7 Edge/S6/S6 Edge/S5:

  1. Swipe down from the top of the screen to find a list of options.
  2. Tap on Private Mode.
  3. After you enter Private Mode for the first time, a quick walkthrough will be given and you’ll need to enter a pin code.

 

How to disable Private Mode on Galaxy S7/S7 Edge/S6/S6 Edge/S5:

  1. Swipe down from the top of the screen to find a list of options.
  2. Tap on Private Mode.
  3. Now your smartphone should go back to normal mode.

 

How to add and remove files from Private Mode on the Galaxy S7/S7 Edge/S6/S6 Edge/S5e:

  1. Turn on your smartphone
  2. Enable Private Mode.
  3. Select the photos that you want to hide.
  4. Tap the file (s) and then select on the Overflow menu option.
  5. Tap on Move to Private.

 

Once you follow the steps from above, you’ll be able to turn on and use Private Mode on Galaxy S7/S7 Edge/S6/S6 Edge/S5. This lets you  make certain files and photos private so you can only view them in Private Mode.
