How To Lock Apps On Samsung Note 8

Nowadays, all important information we need or have been stored in our smartphones like Samsung’s Galaxy Note 8. This makes it very important for us to protect the files and data in it as much as possible.

  1. Start by launching the application. Once done, you will then be prompted to create your own password and to use a personal security email. Be sure to remember your password, as you will need it every time you have to access the applications you will lock.
  2. Once done, you can now start using AppLock. It is user-friendly so you will not have a hard time applying locks in your applications. Begin by adding locks to one of your phone’s applications to test and see how it works. Once you get the hang of it, you can start applying locks to your Messenger, YouTube, Instagram, etc. AppLock will give you a list of apps in your Galaxy Note 8 that you can lock. Tap on your preferred application and the AppLock will automatically work. Another great thing about this feature is that you can also lock video and photo vaults on your phone. This way, only you can access certain videos and photos in your Galaxy Note 8.
  3. After this, you can now close the app and start using your phone as is. The application will work even if you are offline, making it more efficient.

 

Moving forward, whenever you or someone else will try to access an individual application you just locked, you will need to type in the password before you can open it. If you want to unlock an application, simply go to AppLock and do the same procedure.
