Numeric Keypad Small On Samsung Galaxy S8 And Galaxy S8+ Plus

Has your Samsung Galaxy S8 numeric keyboard become very small when you attempt to dial a number to call? By default, the Galaxy S8 numeric keyboard is much larger, but you may accidentally turned on a feature that makes the keyboard smaller.

The feature you may have accidentally activated is called one-handed input. When this option is activated, the dialer app, and a number of other Samsung applications will appear smaller so that one handed operation is easier. If you would like to switch this feature off so that your apps are full sized again, follow the steps we have provided below.

  1. Tap the Home button, then open the app menu. Open the settings app. Then scroll to Extended functions. Tap it, then tap One-handed operation, then One-handed input.
  2. You will be able to deactivate the one-handed input feature here.
  3. After you have deactivated one-handed input, your dialer app and other Samsung apps will now be full sized again.

If you ever come across this problem on your Samsung Galaxy S8 again, you will now know how to reset your apps back to default settings.
