- Ensure your device is turned on.
- Start at the home screen.
- Enter Settings.
- Search and find System.
- Then tap on Language & input.
- Touch the Text-to-speech option that you want:
- Samsung text-to-speech engine.
- Google Text-to-speech engine.
- By the search engine, there is a Settings icon.
- Tap Install voice data.
- Touch the option to Download.
- The language will be downloaded.
- Press the Back key.
- Choose a Language.
