The email that gets stuck in outbox of Samsung Galaxy S9 or Galaxy S9 Plus is not such an uncommon situation. You might have been lucky enough to have a perfect experience with your email so far… But that doesn’t rule out this option, especially when you come to use a particularly weak Internet connection.
When that happens, and the email app doesn’t manage to push your message through, you’ll notice it pending in outbox of Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9 Plus. At this point, you can choose to manually resend it or wait for the app to do its own synchronization.
The problem with the second option is that, usually, this synchronization takes time and you can’t tell when the next one will happen. So, instead of waiting, especially if your message is important, you can take the problem into your own hands.
How To Resend An Email Stuck In Outbox Of Samsung Galaxy S9 And Galaxy S9 Plus:
- Open the default email app of your phone;
- Go to the Inbox tab;
- Next, select the Outbox menu;
- Identify the stuck email that will be listed in there;
- Long press on that email;
- Use the More option from the upper right corner, once you’ve selected it;
- Hit the Send option.
By doing so, you have manually resent the message and, this time, it should make it to the destination address.
Keep in mind, though, that these are the instructions on how to handle the Samsung Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9 Plus email stuck in outbox from the default Android email app! The solution, however, is all about accessing the Outbox section, selecting your message, and using the Resend option.
