- Power on your Note 8 or Note 9
- Open Settings
- Browse and select on “Cloud and Accounts”
- Select on Accounts
- Tap on Add Account
- Type in your Samsung log in ID
After you follow those steps, go back to the main screen and open Bixby. If Bixby is not working on Samsung Note 9 or Note 8, then follow the instructions below for an alternative solution.
