Users can install an application that can make the phone not to start as usual; the safe mode can be used to access the default operating software system. The safe mode feature can be switched on and off in the following manner;
Switching “ON” the Safe mode
- Switch the Galaxy S8 Off
- Switch on again after a few seconds
- Long press the “Volume Down” key once you see the screen lights up
- Release the volume down key when the Smartphone finishes booting
- On the bottom left corner of the immediate screen, you will see “Safe Mode”
When the phone is in the safe mode, you will not be able to use some of the features because they are the primary set ups of the hardware and the only thing that you can do is to switch off some of the settings in the safe mode and particular the safe mode and thereafter, restart the phone again.
Switching off Safe mode in Galaxy S8+ Plus
To exit safe mode, you have to switch off completely and then turn the phone on again and this could switch off the safe mode but the recommended way to leave safe mode is by long pressing the “Volume down” key as you start the Smartphone and this can exit the phone from the safe mode.
Sometimes it could be hard to exit safe mode after being and starting in safe mode for a long time, this is a sign that there is an application with a problem and this could be the origin of the problem. Without further delay uninstall the apps till you find the one that has the issues.
